In order to offer our customers a total fish handling system, we work with premier designers and manufacturers of elevating and conveying hoppers to suit the needs of the customers particular requirement. The general construction of these Elevator Hoppers includes a storage bin, motor driven conveyor, controls, and a mainframe on which to mount and support the individual components.
Elevator Conveyors are ordered with a thought toward the quantity of product to be processed, product weight, conveyor belting & cleat construction and the discharge height requirement
Common options include:
- elevator extensions
- stainless steel components and frame
- contiguous weld construction
- hopper and conveyor covers and sealed motors that can be washed down
